If your train has been cancelled, you are entitled to a 100% refund of the ticket price.
If your train was delayed on arrival, you are entitled to compensation of 25% of the ticket amount (for a delay of 30 minutes to 1 hour 59 minutes) or 50% of the ticket amount (for a delay of more than 2 hours ).
How to get your refund? :- You have booked a Single or Return trip on the Paris-Lyon-Chambéry-Bardonecchia, Turin, Milan line and paid by Bank Card via the Trenitalia channels (www.trenitalia.com, Trenitalia mobile app, Trenitalia Boutiques or automatic terminals in station) ?
You have the option of proceeding with your compensation yourself.
Here are the steps to follow :
In the event of a delay, you can make your request 24 hours after the arrival of the train.
1. Go to our site
2. Go to «MY BOOKINGS» or «MY TRIPS»
3. Enter your PNR number and email address
4. Click on «MANAGE»
5.Select “ACCESS MY COMMERCIAL CONDITIONS” for a delay of more than 30 minutes Select “100% REFUND” if your train has been canceled
6. Validate your compensation.
- For all other cases (reservation via a distribution partner, reservation of a journey with connections, reservation in cash)
